2007 Was the last year for this event. For the
third year in a row, radio personality Tom Joyner, host of the nation's No.
1 urban morning radio show, hosted a Labor Day weekend celebration at the
Walt Disney World Resort, treating his "extended family" of listeners to
performances by some of the country's best-known musicians, comedians, and
gospel acts, as well as family-friendly activities. Thousands of fans of the
Tom Joyner Morning Show came out to show their support of the
legendary DJ and his famous friends like Aretha Franklin, LL Cool J, Chris
Brown and Sinbad until the wee hours of the night.

Pal Mickey -- Mickey Mouse drops in to visit nationally syndicated radio
host Tom Joyner at the "Tom Joyner Morning Show" studio. Joyner will join
Mickey Mouse later this summer when he hosts "The Tom Joyner Family
Reunion," Sept. 1-4, 2005 at Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista,
Fla. This special event brings hundreds and hundreds of families from across
the country to the world's No. 1 vacation destination where, during Labor
Day weekend, participants are entertained with private parties and concerts
at Walt Disney World Resort theme parks and Disney's Coronado Springs Resort
as well as participate in special events for the entire family, such as
family fitness workouts, a sports fest, a Sunday worship and gospel service
and more. Families also get entry to all of the Walt Disney World theme
parks.
In conjunction with the weekend-long Tom Joyner Family Reunion®
Event taking place throughout the Walt Disney World® Resort August 31-
September 5, 2006, the Disney's Hollywood Studios will host the Tom Joyner Saturday
Night Concert, Saturday, September 2, 2006 from 9:00pm to 1:00am.
This after hours separately ticketed event features live performances by
LL Cool J, Charlie Wilson, Chris Brown, Ne-yo and Keyshia Cole.
Select Disney's Hollywood Studios attractions, merchandise and food & beverage
locations will be open during the event.
