I have no idea. My dad would know...anything to save half a penny with him. I ask him.

I have a real sensitivity to Flourescent bulbs. I'll get migraines really quickly if subjected to a predominate fluorescent lighting scheme.

In my office, I'll work with the lights off over working with the fluorescent bulbs on.

I heard on my Daily Giz Wiz podcast (a Leo Laporte podcast that showcases unique tech gadgets) about a company that is making LED bulbs to use instead of the fluorescents. I'll probably give them a try instead. I know LED lighting works for me because it's not so blue.

They also have a long lifespan as well and supposedly use less electricity than fluorescents, but cost a bit more but also have a longer lifespan.

Plus, they have different light bulb configurations (flood, spot, lamp, etc).

LED lights are awesome and are becoming affordable... BTW, you will not find those energy efficient bulbs that can dim... they are mini florescent and you can't dim current to florescent.

I do SOME shopping at Sams Club to save extra money. They have the lightbulbs there. Also, the detergent, fabric softener, coffee and meats are the best buys around, hands down. You will save more there than cutting coupons for the above mentioned
