Memory Maker allows you to collect, view, download and share all of the Walt Disney World vacation photos linked to their My Disney Experience accounts when taking photos by a PhotoPass Photographer, you will your photos by touching a MagicBand or Memory Maker card to a device that the photographer carry. For attraction photos, you can link your photos at the counter. You can also download photos from any Family & Friend connections in My Disney Experience. For each Memory Maker purchase you can collect photos during a 30-day window. Memory Maker is 100 percent digital and allows for unlimited downloading of photos right from My Disney Experience from the day the photos are taken until the photos expire, which is 45 days from the date they were taken.
You may purchase the Memory Maker package in several ways: Online or over the phone prior to arriving at the Walt Disney World Resort, either as a standalone product or as part of a vacation package or from approved Walt Disney World ticket sellers. There are also a variety of merchandise and Disney PhotoPass Sales locations the theme parks and Downtown Disney and at each one of the Walt Disney World Resort hotels.
How is Memory Maker different from Disney PhotoPass+?
Memory Maker is 100 percent digital and allows unlimited downloads during and after the Guest’s stay (within 45 days from when the photos were taken), as opposed to the one-time post-stay download with Disney PhotoPass+.
Is Disney PhotoPass+ going away?
Disney PhotoPass+ is no longer being sold, as Memory Maker is now available for Guests to purchase. For Guests who have already pre-purchased Disney PhotoPass+, they will have the option to keep that product, or return the product and purchase Memory Maker. Where can I purchase Memory Maker? Memory Maker can be purchased online or through the Disney Reservation Center prior to arriving at the Walt Disney World Resort, either as a standalone product or as part of a vacation package. It also can be purchased at Walt Disney World Resort hotel merchandise locations, some theme park merchandise locations and Disney PhotoPass sales locations at each theme park and Downtown Disney.
When can I begin downloading my photos?
With Memory Maker, you can begin downloading your photos as soon as they are available in your My Disney Experience profile, or you can wait until you get home and download them all at once. Either way, you can download your photos as many times as you like for as long as they are available in your account!
How long will my photos be available in my account?
Disney PhotoPass Photos, dining photos, attraction photos, and any other media in your account will expire 45 days from the date the photo was taken.
How long can I capture photos with my Memory Maker entitlement?
You can begin capturing photos as soon as you purchase Memory Maker. Once you download the first photo or otherwise redeem your Memory Maker entitlement, you then have 30 days to capture more photos (“Memory Maker window”). Remember to download your photos before they expire. Please note that if Memory Maker was purchased at the advance purchase price, photos taken within 3 days of the date of purchase will not be included in Memory Maker and must be purchased separately.
Can my Memory Maker entitlement include my travel party’s photos?
Absolutely! If other guests choose to share their photos taken during your Memory Maker window with you through My Disney Experience Family & Friends, you will have the ability to download those photos (photo sharing rules subject to change).
How do I receive my attraction photos?
After you finish riding a participating attraction, the guest with the Memory Maker entitlement needs to stop at that attraction’s Sales Center within 24 hours and associate the photo to their MagicBand, Memory Maker card or Disney PhotoPass Card.
Does Memory Maker include any physical prints/products?
Memory Maker is a digital-only entitlement which will allow you to print any photos at home, or at the retailer of your choice. You can visit www.MyDisneyPhotoPass.com to purchase prints, Disney Photo Gifts.
What if I purchased Memory Maker after I had Disney PhotoPass Photos taken of me? Will
these photos be included in my Memory Maker entitlement?
Photos that are associated to your My Disney Experience account, a MagicBand or a Disney PhotoPass card will be included in your Memory Maker entitlement if you purchased Memory Maker at the regular purchase price. However, if you purchased Memory Maker at the advance
purchase price, any photos taken within 3 days of the date of purchase are not included.
How do I manage which member of my group has the Memory Maker entitlement?
Before you download any photo, you can assign the Memory Maker entitlement to any person who has a My Disney Experience profile and who is on your My Disney Experience Family & Friends list. Once assigned, that individual will become the owner of the entitlement.
Some of my photos are missing from my account on My Disney Experience. What do I do?
Please be sure to link your Memory Maker entitlement to your My Disney Experience profile, and claim any Disney PhotoPass Cards you may also have. If you still don’t see your photos, contact the Disney PhotoPass Guest Support team by calling 407-560-4300 or you can fill out a missing photos form at mydisneyphotopass.disney.go.com/help-and-support.
